Description

I choose to work with committed individuals who value personal training/coaching, understand how change/adaptation works and take a patient, long-term and life-long approach to health, fitness and well-being.

I offer a variety of services, my skill set ranging from teaching kettlebell to boxing to weight-lifting to powerlifting to MovNat to body transformations.
Mostly, I work 1:1 or in small groups and tailor my programs to suit your needs, fitness and ability level.

For body transformations, I am the only Amazing 12 coach in the region.
The Amazing 12 Body Transformation Program is the No. 1 body transformation program in the world. Designed by renowned strength and conditioning coach Paul McIlroy in Belfast, it has been responsible for changing the lives of many through increased strength, fitness and improved body composition. I am one of only about 50 Amazing 12 coaches worldwide.

There are three A12 programs: The Classic is 12 weeks long (60 sessions). It gets results, teaches good technique and healthy dietary habits. It requires commitment. The benefits are 10-fold. The Express (36 sessions) is for those who don't have time to train five days a week - it's a three-day-per-week program. Then there is The Life program (36 sessions) - this is a rolling program that can be used with success for life, designed to bring about continual, but steady progress, training three times weekly and changing in format every 12 weeks.

Personal training: I take a long-term view of fitness and well-being with the emphasis first and foremost on safety, injury-prevention and good form/technique. I like to say that I practice rather than train. Every session is an opportunity to refine skills. I'm not in the business of leaving my clients broken and crushed. The objective for me is to bring about progress and use any movement-based training to enhance your life. If you are committed, have a desire to learn how to move well, want a measured approach from a coach with experience (I have been training over 35 years) and a philosophy that values longevity, I'm your man.

Claude was warm, professional, got me strong and introduced me to a raft of different wellness and lifestyle ideas - many of which were simple to implement. I would definitely recommend!

Claude is knowledgeable in so many aspects of getting to a fitness/strength level that you want to achieve. He motivates, explains, understands and at times pushes you to do your best, way beyond what you thought you were capable of and out of your comfort zone. His understanding of what’s required, how hard to work an individual and the many and varied exercises he uses are innovative and stretch you. I would thoroughly recommend him whether you’re at the beginning of your fitness journey, stuck and need to move forward or just want to ‘up’ your game. He is also very caring and kind and if you have serious health issues but would like to exercise I would say call him, talk it through you’ll be surprised at how much he can help you.

I’ve been training with Claude for over 5 years. Starting with him when my youngest was 7 months old. I completed a kettle bell course and then a women’s introduction to strength course with him, I now train with him weekly. Prior to training with Claude, I exercised regularly going to aerobics and running, but my body never changed. Claude has given me the confidence and knowledge to lift weights with good form and to prioritise quality over quantity. I’ve seen great results both mentally and physically. I’m now the strongest I’ve ever been and I value myself so much more. I’m forever grateful for his knowledge and coaching. Last year I passed my strong first SFG qualification, with his help and guidance. A qualification that a few years ago I would have thought would have been out of my reach.

Claude has listened to my needs & goals then tailored a plan to fit. He is friendly, encouraging, quite clearly knows what he's doing & is extremely patient with my 'newbie to exercise' status!
